| How Does it work? You contact us and give us a brief outline of your project or offering. If it fits within the parameters of any of our criteria we will accept the project and create a marketing campaign designed to locate target buyers from around the globe. Once the buyers are found they are sent to you and when the project sells, we are paid a commission.

What are your fees? - Seagus has several fee structures available to best suit our clients needs. We do offer flat fee billing based on size of campaign required, however our preferred structure is the "pay for performance" model. This is where we are paid a commission, or referral fee on each unit you sell. Generally our performance fees fall in range of the 2% - 10% of selling price.

What projects do you accept? We work with any offering we feel would offer value to our members and select projects on a case by case basis. We custom design a marketing plan for each project based on the anticipated "best buyer" profile which is established prior to creating your campaign. We have marketed villas in Egypt, Condo-hotels in Florida and Dubai, fractional real estate, and single owner luxury residential dwellings around the world. Once, at the request of a client we even found a buyer for his $500,000 vintage automobile!! Bottom line, we have a massive, affluent, targeted audience and if you have something they might be interested in, lets talk.

Where do you advertise? Seagus has determined over 500 targeted media venues which historically have been successful in attracting buyers. Our client ads appear everywhere from major international newspapers and online classified sites, to online blogs and press release outlets. Within a few hours our web marketing experts can have your project in front of hundreds of thousands of potential buyers worldwide. We also have created alliances with Realtors, travel agents and investment firms who regularly showcase our property offerings to their client base.

What is the timeline to having my project marketed by Seagus? Typically we can have a program up and running within 5-10 business days depending on the amount and timeliness of any promotional materials you provide us

What will we need to provide Seagus to get started? Once we have selected and approved your project we will need some high resolution images of your project as well as samples of your marketing materials(the more the better) If your project has yet to be constructed we will need computer generated images of projected layout, dimensions, location, anticipated ROI etc. If you are a new developer we may request to be provided with financial reassurance of your companies stature to ensure our buyers are not investing in a project with an uncertain future.
